2. Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality IPTV services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund under the following conditions:

2.1 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service Interruption: In the event of unresolvable service interruption or technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services or in a rare case where our support staff is unable to resolve the issue, your order may be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and if approved, we will process your refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

 

3. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for purchases made in error or due to a change of mind. Once your order is confirmed and your IPTV account is activated, the IPTV account code cannot be resold to a different user.

  • Technical Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network are compatible with our services. We do not offer refunds for technical incompatibility issues.
