TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service (Effective as of January 1st, 2024)

1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds are not possible.

  • Refunds are not issued based on the customer's knowledge or skill in using the service.

  • By accepting these terms, you acknowledge understanding and agreement with our refund policy.

2. Usage and Device Limitations

  • Access is limited to the number of devices specified in your subscription plan. Exceeding this limit will result in service termination and a ban from future use.

3. Internet and Device Requirements

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps is required for optimal service performance.

  • For access, a 2nd generation or newer Firestick with Alexa control and microphone functionality is necessary.

  • For 4K content, a 4K Firestick, a 4K smart TV, and an internet speed of 100 Mbps are required.

  • Prior to subscription, please conduct a speed test to ensure compatibility. If using a VPN, perform tests with both VPN on and off.

4. Account Management

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.

  • Account security is the user's responsibility. Promptly report any unauthorized account activity.

  • Providing false contact information may result in account termination.

5. Content Responsibility

  • Stream Boss is not liable for any content loss on the website. Users are encouraged to maintain personal content backups.

  • Under certain conditions, we may assist in content restoration, but this is not guaranteed.

​

6. Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove service features in compliance with broadcasting laws.

7. Agreement Amendments

  • Stream Boss may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Service Cancellation and Hold

  • No notification is required for subscription cancellation or hold. Subscriptions automatically end after the current period without renewal.

  • A 24-hour money-back guarantee is offered, excluding a $8.95 cancellation fee to cover merchant fees. This guarantee does not apply on Fridays and Saturdays.

9. Billing

  • We accept Stripe, Zelle, and Cash App payments.

  • Invoices are issued 7 days prior to the billing cycle. Payment is required according to the chosen package.

  • Refunds are subject to our 24-hour money-back guarantee. No refunds for irreparably damaged devices.
