What do I need to start my service with Stream Boss?
In order to begin, you will need a firestick or similar device/tv that can download filelinked and our app (Steam Boss). Click this link to follow the setup process.
How do I sign up for the service?
Before you can watch TV on the Stream Boss app, you would need to have purchased the streaming subscription. Click here to purchase a 1-month recurring subscription.
What apps are needed on my device to download the Stream Boss app?
2 additional apps are needed in order to download the Stream Boss app and they are Downloader & Filelinked. If you follow the setup instruction, we provide step-by-step on how to download all 3 apps.
When do I receive my username/password?
When purchasing your subscription, you get to choose your custom username & password. However, once your service has been set up, you will receive an email from us providing confirmation of your active service and your username/password that you chose at signup. Be sure to check your spam folders for our email. You may receive more than one email from Stream Boss. One may include a temporary password, please ignore if you requested a custom login.
Are trials offered? If so, for how long?
We offer one-time-only 24-hour trials to first-time customers on Monday through Thursday only. If you're interested in a trial, please contact us on our website or Facebook.
Do you sell internet or wifi services?
We do not offer internet or wifi service.
Do you sell Firesticks or other streaming devices?

How many TVs can stream at the same time for the $20.00 subscription?
If you purchase the $20 per month plan, you are allowed to stream from 2 TVs/devices at one time. If you are needing more allowance, we offer 3 streams ($35/month) and 4 streams ($50/month) at an additional cost.
Can I watch Stream Boss on my phone or other devices?
Yes.
Are there any down payments?
In order to begin watching our streams, you will have to pay $20. This $20 lasts you a month. To avoid disconnection at the end of the month, you can choose to set up recurring payments in your account. However, if not, you will receive an invoice every month requesting for payment.
Is there a contract, catch, or agreement to sign?
There is no contract, catch/scam, or agreement that is associated with our service. We are a pay-as-you-go streaming service so if you are not satisfied or want to discontinue your service, you simply don't renew and you are good to go (No Strings Attached Service).
Do you offer VOD or TV Series package?
Yes. For an additional $6.00/month you can enjoy Video-On-Demand and TV series.
What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and Stripe. At checkout, you can choose which provider to pay with.
I signed up a month ago, (8-3) got a notice my second payment was due coming up for another month on (8-24) so paid it immediately, today it keeps asking me to signin ( never had to after first day) but it says signin failed, I have invoice I paid $20 on 8/24? I should be 2 days into my 2nd month ?
